Return and Refund Policy

At Phoenix Marketing Solutions, we are dedicated to delivering premium, customized services that help small businesses thrive through social media marketing, logo design, branding, and strategic business solutions. Due to the personalized nature of our work and the resources allocated upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered

Once a service has been purchased and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This applies to, but is not limited to:

• Social media marketing packages (regardless of stage of completion)
• Logo design services (including concepts, drafts, or final files)
• Brand marketing and identity services
• Business management consulting and strategy planning

Time, creative development, and team resources are initiated immediately upon booking, and therefore refunds are not viable.

2. Digital and Customized Nature of Services

All services provided by Phoenix Marketing Solutions are digital and tailored to each client’s unique brand and goals. Unlike physical goods, our services cannot be returned or resold, making refunds inappropriate for the work involved.

3. Revision Policy

Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with an initial deliverable, Phoenix Marketing Solutions will work with you to provide revisions as outlined in your service agreement. However, dissatisfaction does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel services before work begins. However, if any portion of the project has started (including scheduling, planning, or execution), you are responsible for full payment of the agreed package.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Phoenix Marketing Solutions to resolve the issue is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims and pursue legal action if necessary.

6. Acknowledgment of Policy

By purchasing any product or service from Phoenix Marketing Solutions, you agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy in full. We encourage clients to ask questions and review service details prior to purchase to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
